Each gel separator has designated slots at the big toe and pinky toe in order to increase the space, using the included foam wedges, if needed. Our gel separators can also easily be trimmed thinner with scissors if you find the spacing to be too wide near your pinky toe.

ZenToes adjustable gel spacers are an easy to use, customizable toe alignment solution. They are also washable (hand wash, air dry), so you can use them over and over on your toe stretching journey.
