These bars are machined from a solid piece of heat treated silicon manganese alloy steel, making them incredibly rigid and wear resistant. Rails are induction hardened to increase the life of the bar. Bars come with a replaceable sprocket nose tip, held in place by Swiss bearings.

The replaceable sprocket nose tip is secured with a single rivet, allowing for quick repair if damaged.
