Dip your brush into the liquid and scrub a little if necessary. The resulting foam will help rinse the pigments and binders out of the brush. Then, wipe the brush with a cloth and rinse a little with water.
If the brush if very clogged, it may be necessary to soak it in the cleaner for a longer period of time, possibly overnight. After every cleaning, bring the brush head back to its original shape and allow to dry. Avoid contact with varnishes or lacquered surfaces, such as brush handles, as the cleaner will also soften these.
