Open all fasteners and slide foot into ankle stabilizer. Pull the top two straps and secure in place for a firm, yet comfortable fit. On the left side of foot, pull strap up and across, attaching the fastener to the opposite side of the ankle stabilizer.
Do the same for the last remaining strap. Adjust all straps for a firm, yet comfortable fit.
