The shelves are 19" in width and 33" in length. They are made of ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) for resistance to abrasion, impact, water, salts, most inorganic acids, food acids, and alkalines. They have a semi-textured surface for easy cleaning and keeping products from sliding and a molded lip along the perimeter to help keep cargo in place.
The casters are made of thermoplastic rubber for low noise and a smooth ride. This food and service cart has a 250-lb. load capacity per shelf, a 500-lb.
