These full-length, flat cushioned insoles are 3.5mm thick and feature closed-cell SpenCore neoprene that cushions and absorbs blister-causing shear under the foot. Suitable for those who suffer from heel edge blisters when wearing insoles with heel contouring, these insoles have no heel cup. To ensure a comfortable fit, place them in your shoe with the green side up, and trim with scissors if necessary.
