An eight-ton hydraulic jack housed inside a sturdy frame handles bending tube like a professional, yet the entire assembly weighs under 50 lbs. The 3rd Generation Hydraulic Bender comes with your choice of one of five available, replaceable aluminum dies for round tubing with outer diameters (OD) of 1-inch, 1.25-inch, 1.5-inch, 1.625-inch, and 1.75-inch diameter tubing. It has 7-inch bend radius dies for all five tubing sizes and incremental marks cast into dies that make it easy to reproduce bends.

You can use it with up to .110-inch wall thickness mild steel or .096-inch wall thickness chromoly round tubing.
