To use, place the tablet in the included jar, add water, let it expand, and apply over eyes and nose for a moment of calm. Set includes 30 masks in three scents (10 masks per scent); use the mask that matches your moment: At the Desk: A focus-friendly blend of rosemary, peppermint, eucalyptus, and juniper berry essential oils. On the Couch: An uplifting mix of marjoram, clary sage, coriander, and cilantro essential oils.
