Highly versatile and configurable, the MultiRAE is not only sensitive to volatile organic compounds (VOCs), but can take up to 5 additional sensors for a multitude of electrochemical, NDIR, and catalytic readings including CO2 (carbon dioxide), O2 (oxygen) - both enrichment and deficiency - and other flammable or noxious gases. The MultiRAE meets the military performance standard MIL-STD-810F, meaning it has been tested to hold up against pretty much any type of shock, vibration or weather damage. This rugged monitor has a concussion-proof casing that repels dust, water and other contaminants.
The MultiRAE also holds the industrial IP-65 rating meaning its structure is built to repel dust, dirt, non-corrosive liquids, oils and coolants.
