Simple and Safe to Use Outdoors The TayMac DOCK320G allows up to two power cables to be plugged in and used at the same time no matter the weather conditions, simply connect your plugs, close the lid, and you are done.
The cover secures the power cables in place when closed, there is never any strain on the plugs, and they can't come unplugged. Gain access to the outlet easily by pulling the tab and lifting the cover, the cover stays open in the 90 degree position so you can plug into the outlet. After you have connected your plugs, lower the lid and press shut until the latch clicks in the locked position.
Easy Installation Use the included template to cut a 7 3/8" x 5 1/4" hole in the deck where there are no joists interfering. Per your local code requirements, run your power wire into the included weatherproof back box, then install the included WR outlet into the back box. Install the supplied weatherproof gasket around the outlet, and use the 4 supplied screws to attach the outlet to the deck box.
The last step is to drop the deck box into the hole, and secure to the deck with the included four color matched wood screws.
