The thick syrup is delicious, natural and rich in nutrients, making it a superb replacement for white sugar. This unsulphured blackstrap molasses provides a significant source of iron, calcium and potassium. A byproduct of refining sugar cane, it has a subtle nutty flavor.
This organic molasses offers an excellent way to add sweetness to many different foods. It can be used in tea, coffee, hot breakfast cereal or baked goods. Keep it on hand to add depth of taste to baked beans and homemade barbecue sauces.
