Backplates like these are used on both cabinet doors and drawer faces to prevent the wearing of finished wood, and the unsightly accumulation of dirt and grime. They feature a large 2-13/16 inch outside diameter and they project outward a total of 3/16 inches. These cabinet knob backplates do not include any installation fasteners, but they come with pre-punched holes for quick and easy installation.
