These holes are spaced 1.13" or 1.6" wide to center which makes them the perfect size to screw into attic rafters. The 1.6" spaced holes are 5.68" apart and the 1.13" spaced holes are 4.9" apart to center. This j-pole kit includes 4 lag bolts to use for these mounting holes.
Two more screws and bolts mount the metal base to the pole. The kit also includes a removable rubber cap to put on either end of the pipe to help keep out water.
