This lever is shorter than most it has a 7 inch arm. The holes in the lever have been added some of the original levers did not have holes in them but this is the replacement for them. If your lever is breaking, or if it is hard to flush you probably need to replace the flush valve seal.
A new seal usually makes the toilet flush with one finger.
