For hands-free control and to save energy, the motion sensing dimmer can be set to turn lights on when motion is detected, and to turn lights off when the room is unoccupied.
It supports both Occupancy and Vacancy modes of operation (Vacancy mode supports Title 24). Optionally, lights can be set to automatically come on at a lower level at night such as in a Kitchen or you can use the built-in Guide Light feature to provide a soft illumination in the dark, perfect for bathrooms and walk-in closets.
