Non-slip, textured mat prevents slips and falls, providing you with a stable weighing platform. The image above is actually a Healthometer 160LBS which only shows units in pounds. To the right you can see the actual display on 160KLS showing kilograms and pounds.
In our opinion it's always nice to have both units even if your only interested in avoirdupois since the cost is the same. If you prefer a less cluttered dial, then by all means purchase the 160LB bathroom scale instead.
