Prepare and enjoy a cup at home, and imagine yourself relaxing in that splendid palace in The Plaza Hotel on Fifth Avenue. John Harney crafted this mixture of four teas in the early 1980's, making it one of our oldest blends. It makes for a wonderful afternoon tea! Tea is only as good as the water it is brewed in.
Use filtered water as needed. Use one teaspoon for each cup of tea desired. Pour 212F water over the tea and steep for 4 to 5 minutes.
Remove the tea. Relax and enjoy. 4 ounce loose tea in tin.
Enough tea to brew 30 to 40 cups of tea.
