Ingredients are boiled at low temperatures for 13 hours at a HACCP certified facility. Spread it on bread or use it as a topping for yogurt or ice cream. These jams are softer in texture, making them ideal for blending into drinks as well.
Brand Story When his daughter Nahee was born with severe eczema (atopy), young father Juho went through strenuous measures, making lifestyle changes to free his child from her skin condition. Going through anxious days with no signs of her recovery, he abandoned his engineering job at a semiconductor chip maker and moved his family south to his hometown of Goheung. Juho began farming organic grains thinking they would help Nahee.
Conscious about the dietary ingredients, the father also started making traditional grain syrup to replace sugar. Father’s Hill was founded in 2013, using Juho’s traditional grain syrup and organic Korean local fruits to make his jams. By boiling grain syrup and natural fruits at a low temperature for 13 hours, all Father’s Hill products are made at a HACCP certified facility with no added sugar.
Nahee is now 13 years old and her hand drawing graces the Father’s Hill logo.
