Ergonomically designed, the SL510 Sound Level Metre by Extech accurately measures decibel levels and is compact enough to fit in your pocket. The highly sensitive instruments housed within the SL510s casing can used to measure sound levels in multiple applications. This includes checking a buildings insulation, monitoring neighbourhood noise violations and ensuring workplace noise levels are within acceptable thresholds.
In addition to taking highly accurate sound measurements, the SL510 Sound Level Metre also offers Data Hold and Min/Max functions, features that can be useful when analysing the data. The backlit LCD display allows measurements to be taken in low-light environments, and the optional tripod mount permits hands-free operation for lengthy measurement periods.
