The HD is a scan converter from Ensemble Designs that converts DVI video input into HD/SD formats while also allowing the user to select which part of the screen to output. VGA and HDMI input are also supported but require the use of additional adapters; this unit comes with two VGA to DVI adapters. Analog audio input is supported via a 3.5mm socket and audio output can be embedded onto the SDI outputs.The BEM-2-H in conjunction with the included BrightEye Software for Mac and Windows allows computer video to be used for the most demanding applications including broadcast high-end military medical classroom church and corporate events.

Even a small part of the screen such as a Skype window can be selected with a mouse and converted to full-screen HD. Resize the selection window by clicking and dragging with your mouse. From your desktop you have intuitive control over video and audio parameters.

The BEM-2-H provides the functionality and control to operate as a router or switcher.
