Mix 4:1 with activator; no further reduction required.Use this kit with Eastwood's premium single-stage urethane paints or other manufacturer's base-coat systems.

May even be used over factory finishes in good condition. Rat Rod Matte Clear is also ideal for interior parts, underhood components, hobbies and crafts. Two medium coats will achieve a 10-15% gloss level.

Other finish options include applying over Eastwood's 21855ZP Satin Blackto produce a 0% gloss. May also be mixed with EW European Urethane Clears to achieve a variety of gloss levels.
