All road race cages feature a main hoop diagonal and dual door bars (can be made into dual X-bars). They are weld-in cages and feature notched tube ends (where applicable) for ease of installation.

Roll cages are offered in these materials:. 1 5/8 in. O.D.

0.134 in. wall ERW mild steel tubing . 1 5/8 in.

O.D. 0.120 in. wall DOM tubing.

1 5/8 in. O.D. 0.083 in.

wall 4130 chromoly tubingDOM tubing is very strongly recommended; ERW cages will most likely NOT pass tech inspection for most classes. Chromoly is not recommended by most sanctioning bodies. It is the installer's responsibility to assure that a cage meets race organization rules as to tubing material and sizes, fit, placement of components, and welding.

Note: Because of differing driver sizes and main hoop locations, roof hoop and windshield down bars are not notched. Some minor trimming may be required during installation.
