It easily adjusts between 4 different positions--reverse the legs to change the angle of the net to alternate between concentrated and lateral returns. Leave the legs on the ground to return grounders, or flip it upsidedown to field pop-flys. Depending on the combination, players can practice fielding lateral ground balls, lateral pop-flys, concentrated ground balls, and concentrated pop-flys.
It also returns one-hops. The 1.25-inch steel tube frame has been powder-coated for a hard finish tougher than conventional paint and is made to endure intense training routines for seasons to come. The weatherized 30-ply polyethylene (PE) net is held tightly in place by 42 steel springs and returns balls with intensity.
