Boskovich Brussels Sprouts

Brussels sprouts are cruciferous vegetables that look like tiny cabbage heads. While they range in size, a general rule is that smaller Brussels sprouts tend to be more tender. They have a nutty flavour and can be enjoyed raw and shredded in slaw and salad or roasted with bacon.
