The nose and brow are a single piece and the chin will come with white plastic teeth that need to be glued into the slots of the prosthetic. The kit includes 1/2 oz of adhesive and 2 oz of remover. The adhesive can be used to apply both the prosthetic as well as glue the teeth into the chin piece.
